Monthly Toolkit

The GEAR UP New Hampshire monthly toolkits were created to help practitioners deliver high-quality, theme-aligned resources that promote college and career readiness. Although the GEAR UP New Hampshire program has ended, these toolkits remain a useful resource for continuing its mission of preparing students for postsecondary success.

TOOLKITS

The monthly toolkits help provide ready-to-use resources that connect learning across the school community. Each toolkit includes Stall Street Journals, Tip Sheets for Caregivers, bulletin board inspiration, and three to four engaging activities that align with the monthly theme.

The ’25-’26 Monthly Themes guide students through a school year of growth, focusing on academic success, personal development, and future readiness, with each month highlighting a unique area of learning and achievement.
